The Advanced Virtual Engine Test Cell (AVETeC) facilitates collaborative applied aerospace propulsion research. AVETeC is becoming a leading enterprise that not only develops, but also commercializes new technologies for industry and government through advanced modeling and simulation. AVETeC focuses on developing high-quality solutions and products that reduce cost and time-to-market for their clients.

Through a collaborative research and development agreement, AVETeC supports the mission of the Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL). AFRL leads a partnership of industry, academic and governmental research assets in the discovery, development, and integration of affordable war fighting technologies for United States air and space forces.
