The NALI program is administered by the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology, Inc. (CCAT) in East Hartford and its two partners: Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and The Advanced Virtual Engine Test Cell, Inc., (AVETEC) in Springfield, Ohio.
